Technical proposal of TLS-W5000N Microcomputer Spring Load Testing Machine

1. Introduction

The TLS-W5000 microcomputer controlled spring Loading testing machine ( for tension and compression springs) is mainly used for tensile and pressure performance tests of various coil springs and elastic components. Suitable for use in enterprises, colleges and universities, mechanical performance laboratories, etc. that produce or trial springs and elastic components.

1).Maximum test force: 5000N

13). Protection links: protection of the position of the moving beam (limit), protection of thetest force exceeding 10% of the rated load, automatic protection of the overcurrent of the drive system;

14). Display method: It uses computer screen display, Windows operating platform, and displays test force, displacement, beam movement speed, test machine working status, test force-displacement curve and various pull-down menus. Human-computer dialogue method is convenient for operation.

4. Main functions:

1）Automatic zeroing: Test force, displacement, zeroing at any time as needed;

2）Automatic calibration: It can automatically realize the accuracy calibration of the test force display value;

3 ） Automatic pressure plate: It can automatically proofread the pressure plate and automatically clear the zero;

4）Control method: It can realize various control methods such as test force, test speed, and displacement, and has the following functions:a) Set the test force P and detect the deformation amount F of the sample; b) Set the deformation amount F and test the test force P of the sample; c) Set the test force P and test the remaining height H of the sample; d) Set the remaining height H of the sample and test the test force P of the sample; e) Up to ten detection points can be set during the test; f) The amount of deformation caused by the sensor can be compensated. That is, the amount of deformation caused by the sensor and the whole machine stiffness does not affect the accuracy of the displacement.

Environmental and working conditions of the test machine △In the range of room temperature 100℃ to 350℃; △The relative humidity is not greater than 80%; △Correctly install on a solid basis; △In a clean environment without vibration, corrosive media and strong electromagnetic field interference; △The fluctuation range of the power supply voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage. 

7. Quality assurance and after-sales service 

1).The guarantee period for the equipment is one year from the date of official delivery. During the guarantee period, the supplier will provide timely and free maintenance services for various equipment failures. For damage to all kinds of parts that are not artificially caused, they will be replaced in a timely and free manner. If an equipment outside the warranty period fails during use, the supplier will supply service in a timely manner and actively assist the orderer in completing the maintenance tasks and repair them for life.
