CNC spring ©nd grinding machie has the functions of automatic inspection, compensation and alarming. The feed speed and quantity of the grinding wheel, grinding pressure, rotating speed of the loading plate (feed tray) all can be programmed on the computer screen. It is convenient to operate and suitable for double-end grinding of large quantiry springs.
The grinding head is controlled by computer, realizing following properties, such as, automatic replacing, automatic feeding speed adjustment, automatic feeding quantity adjustment, automatci compensation of grinding pressure, as well as manual operation for grinding pressure.
The rotational speed of the loading plates (feed tray) could be adjusted.
