The series of CNC Oval spring forming machines are dedicated wire rod processing machines special for producing wire mesh belt, with three models as OCF - 10S、OCF - 20S and OCF-30S. They are improved based on the technique introduced from Japan, specially suitable for processing superhard steel wire mesh, oval, polygon, oval (polygon) + circule springs can be processed.
The computer (controlled by dedicated controller special for oval spring) commands three AC servo motors branded Yaskawa, coordinating imported precise reducer, controlling separately wire feeding, pitch and cutting. The wire feeding rollers are compressed tightly. Convenient adjustment, high productivity, good product consistency. The forming rollers are made by whole alloy, harmless to wire surface. The finished spring length can be 150cm, and the length can be 500cm by retrofitting lhe special connecting material device. The products are used widely for automatic food production line such as processing, baking.cooling and packing, industrial process conveyor line such as electron, mechanical assembly and heat treatment, also for blue plate flowing conveyor line such as every academy mess and catering industry.
